Apr 9, 2015 · I'm also curious about the eat to perform style of eating. I'm currently eating about 1750 calories a day, lifts have stalled, sleep has gone to **** and I've stopped losing. They estimate my tdee at 2250-2500 calories (I have a very active job). I'm going to up my calories to 2200 on workout days and follow their macros 145p/75f/250c ish.
